Refund policy

Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes & dimensions. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and colours that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% same in the actual product.

In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Nomad warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.

Please note by purchasing from NOMAD, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions and policies.

Cancellation Policy

The order placed can be cancelled within 2 working days from date of placement. We will issue a full refund through bank transfer in case it's a prepaid order.

In case of 'Ready to Ship' items, order once placed cannot be cancelled for exchange or refund.

Credit Note:

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convenience charge of INR 250.


Credit Validity: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Exchanges:

All items except SALE items are eligible for exchange. Exchange requests should be initiated on WhatsApp/ email within 48 hours of you receiving the product and sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. We do not give return pick up facility.
