Made-to-Order Production & Dispatch Timeline

Diaries of Nomad follows a made-to-order model, meaning production begins only after an order is placed. The delivery timeline varies based on order volume and complexity:

Standard production & dispatch time: 5-15 days.

Larger orders with multiple pieces may take longer.

Each product page mentions its estimated dispatch time. If you need faster delivery, please email us at info@diariesofnomad.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.

 Domestic Shipping:

• FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders above INR 3000.
• Express Shipping: We offer express shipping at an additional charge, which varies depending on the urgency of delivery. The cost typically ranges between INR 1000-2000, based on actual delivery costs.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for an additional fee of INR 350 on orders valued up to INR 8000.

All domestic orders are shipped via our courier partner, Delhivery. You can track your orders at www.delhivery.com.

International Shipping:

• Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
• Customs & Duties: Even after paying for shipping, international customers are responsible tp pay for customs and duties as per their respective country’s regulations. Our delivery partner, Aramex, will contact you via email with a payment link for the customs charges. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being destroyed, and Diaries of Nomad will not be liable to send another package or issue a refund.
• Free International Shipping: Available on orders above INR 9,000 / USD 100

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Things to remember at the time of receiving an international order:

• Please only accept sealed packages.
• We suggest you make an unboxing video for any QC related issue

Delivery Timeline:

1. On placing your order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
2. Dispatch timeline of every product varies and is mentioned on each product page. 
3. However, if you need the item to be delivered before that please email us at info@diariesofnomad.com.
4. Delivery time might be a little longer for remote locations, depending on their accessibility. In such cases, we shall be reaching out to you through SMS & email.
5. We work with a reliable shipping partner and ship within said timelines of placing an order. In case of express delivery, please choose express shipping.
